These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings, memberships, simulator sessions and services provided by 360R. By booking or visiting our venue you agree to these Terms.

1. Booking conditions

• Sessions must be booked through our website or at the venue.

• Payment is required at the time of booking unless agreed otherwise.

• Please check confirmation emails for accuracy.

• You are responsible for ensuring details for all drivers or guests are correct.

• We may cancel or reschedule bookings for operational or safety reasons. If so we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.

2. Arrival and lateness

• Guests should arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time.

• Late arrivals may lose session time without refund.

3. Age and supervision

• Guests under 16 must be supervised by a responsible adult aged 18 or over.

• Drivers must be of a suitable height and build to safely use the equipment as advised by staff.

4. Safety rules

• Guests must follow staff instructions at all times.

• Food and drink must not be taken onto simulators.

• Equipment must be used respectfully.

• If we believe a guest is intoxicated or behaving unsafely we may refuse access without refund.

• Intentional misuse or damage to equipment may incur repair charges.

5. Memberships

• Memberships are subject to the conditions provided at purchase including:

  • Recurring monthly or annual fees

  • Fair usage expectations

  • Non transferability

  • Suspension or termination for misconduct or non payment

6. Gift vouchers

• Gift vouchers are valid until the expiry date stated at purchase. They cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.

7. Refunds and cancellations

• More than 48 hours notice: full refund or reschedule

• Less than 48 hours notice: no refund

• Corporate or private hire bookings may have separate terms which will be stated at the time of booking.

• Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.

8. Liability

• We do not exclude liability for:

  • Death or injury caused by our negligence

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

• Otherwise 360R is not responsible for

  • Loss or damage to personal belongings

  • Indirection or consequential losses

  • Issues caused by misuse of equipment

  • Interruptions outside our control such as power failure or emergency closures

9. Website usage

• You must not interfere with website functionality or attempt to access restricted systems.

• All website content is the intellectual property of 360R or our partners.

10. Events and competitions

• Additional rules may apply to specific events.

• We may photograph or film events for promotional use. Please inform us if you do not wish to appear in such material.

11. Force majeure

• 360R may suspend or cancel bookings if affected by circumstances outside our control including power outages, equipment faults, staff emergencies or building issues.

12. Governing law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

• Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
